2019 is an AI resume tailoring tool. It helps adapt resume content for a job description, but you are responsible for reviewing all output before using it.
You own the resume, job-description, and application content you provide. We process that content to provide the service.
New accounts receive 5 free credits on signup. Additional credits are purchased through Stripe.
Credits are refunded when a service failure prevents the tailoring from completing. Otherwise, credit purchases are non-refundable.
You may not use 2019 to fabricate credentials, experience, education, or other qualifications.
You may not abuse credits, payment flows, accounts, or service limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
2019 is a small tool, not an enterprise platform. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted availability.
2019 is provided as-is. AI output is a writing aid, not a guarantee of accuracy, interviews, job offers, or any employment outcome.
We may update these terms. Continued use of 2019 after changes means you accept the updated terms.
